Location is great, an hour drive from Malpensa Airport and just half hour from Linate. The hotel is opposite a lovely dog walking park that was nice to stroll around each morning to start the day, and just 15min walk to Duomo and 20min walk in the other direction to the Shoah Memorial which is a must see for anyone visiting Milan in my opinion. Check in staff are very welcoming and the process was nice and smooth. Lifts to the rooms are tiny and can only fit a couple of people comfortably. Room was okay, nice bathroom with powerful shower and basic amenities. The bed was large and comfy. Plugs sockets either side of the bed and by the desk. No iron or ironing board in the room but I'm sure if I'd requested one it would have been provided. The phone in the room didn't make any sense and I had no idea how to call for reception or room service. WiFi was strong. There was also a stocked mini bar which I think is censored as well as a safe. I did get noise from the room above me, people coming back late stomping around dragging chairs across the floor and talking quite loudly, more on the weekend than midweek to be fair. I'd recommend you request top floor to avoid this. You also here people slamming their doors but once everyone is in and settled it's actually very quiet. Breakfast was a very simple affair, basic cooked options on the buffet as well as continental options. The coffee was very nice. All in all a good 4* option in a good location of the city. If you can fly in and out of Linate Airport this a is definitely the closest option.

Worst Service! Rude Staff!

We chose the location of this hotel for work convenience purpose. I booked a stay for 22 nights which costs a lot of money. Not to mention my other colleagues also stay here for weeks. However, the service and attitude of some staff here is shockingly bad!!! Now let's get into details on why I'm so pissed and will never return. 1. On 1st day of arrival, when the hotel sent maintenance guy to my room to check the heat. They knocked I responded "please wait" as I was in the bathroom. They just opened my door without permission! I called front desk they didn't feel it's a big deal and when i asked for apology they then said sorry without any regret at all! 2. One night, I was in the room reviewing files with one of my colleague and a lady just knocked once and used her key to open my door. Then 3 of us stood there all in shock. The lady quickly apologized and left. What is that?? 3. On 2nd week, I called front desk to ask for laundry service, the guy picked up the phone was so loud and kept talking without letting me explain. He said no one is working for laundry and asked me to drop it by myself. I clarified that i need to check which clothes is categorized as jacket/coat as it's not the same on the laundry paper listed. He just kept yelling and saying it's not gonna be returned by today and it's written clearly on the paper...when I told him to calm down and stop yelling. He started being condescending and whispering words as a joke. It shows these people working here never faced consequences of treating guests badly!!! My goodness! What nightmares!!! For a 4-star hotel that charges a price over Eur 230 per night, have some basic manners as normal human beings!!! News flash!!! This is a hotel and hospitality is in service industry hello!!! If front desk staff gets so annoyed every time a guest wants to ask something, maybe quit and work in some other functions?! Because essential part of your job as front desk is to answer the inquires of hotel guests.

Good 4-star hotel in the middle of the city, the style is rather Italian, but it totally works. Dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly good, even if the staff did not understand one word of English (how is this even possible in year 2023?). A few things didn’t work in the room, but it’s 4-stars, and so is the price, so all good. They have parking at a nearby underground garage, at a not cheap 60 EUR per night.

The location is great, just a few minutes by taxi to Duomo (9 min), Castel Sforza (12 min), Milano Centrale (for those who will do trips outside Milan by train - 4 min), and most other places. The food in the morning is what we can usually find in other hotels, but the taste is much better. The room is ordinary, but generally clean. The cleaner should be taught how to fold well the towels as they daily looked unprofessional. But setting all these minute details for improvement aside, we found the staff extremely kind including the bell boys and the very accommodating and very helpful Ilaria who is also friendly, knows well the nature of her industry, and with awesome personality. Thank you, Ilaria. Thanks also to all those at the reception in the morning who were so naturally kind and helpful calling the taxi for us.

Hôtel fine. Location good. We had just come off a cruise so had lots of work to catch up on. Needed internet. Absolutely NO internet in rooms. This created huge issues. Front desk came to our room and said ‘yes, it works’. That was all they did. If it worked why would we complain??It worked for about 5 minutes every few hours. 3 nights in the hotel so this wasn’t an internet problem, it obviously doesn’t reach some rooms.
